SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase, and shipped Monday to Friday from Los Angeles, with the exception of holidays.
USA DELIVERY
Standard Shipping:
Delivery within 2 business days
Overnight Shipping:
Orders eligible for overnight delivery must be placed before 10 AM PST. Order placed after 10 AM PST will ship the next business day.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International Shipping:
Delivery within 7 - 10 business days.
Please note these orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes imposed by the destination country’s customs department. Detachment is not responsible for these fees or delays, as they are determined by each country’s tax authorities.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Contact us at info@detach-ment.com before 10 AM PST with your order number to request a cancellation. Any cancellation inquires will be processed the next business day.
We will make every effort to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed.

RETURNS
We are not able to offer refunds at this time. We are only able to offer exchanges for items of the same or greater value.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original delivery. Requests made outside this window will not be eligible.

Returns must be delivered to Detachment NY within 14 days of receiving the original delivery. Any returns received outside this window will not be processed.
Detachment NY products must be returned in a new, unused condition with the tags attached. We cannot accept returns if the product exhibits sign of wear, use, or altered from it’s original condition.

Exchange orders will ship out within 3 business days after receiving the original item.
Payment is required at the time of the exchange request if the new item is greater in value.
